Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give Booked Studio through this site. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your role and your message. The form also tells us which page it was sent from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason, to answer the request you sent. That might mean a reply, a few questions, or the buyer map you asked for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to twelve months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to anyone for their own marketing. They are used by us, for your request, and nothing more.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which, like any web server, sees the request your browser makes for them.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. Write to georgia.conway@bookedstudio.co or send a note through the contact form, and we will remove it and confirm once it is done.
